Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise selected at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and package size.

Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

Priority shipping options may be available at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping applies to transit time only and does not shorten processing time.

If you place multiple orders, they may be combined and shipped together.


Shipping Disclaimer

Once your package has been handed to the carrier, it is no longer within our control.

Second Wing Studio is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Items marked as delivered by the carrier

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your package is lost or damaged, you may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

 

Returns

Due to the vintage and one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, all sales are final.

We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and photos before purchasing. If you have any questions, we’re always happy to help prior to checkout.

 

Condition of Items

All pieces are vintage and may show gentle signs of wear. We believe this adds to their character, and any notable flaws will be clearly noted.

 

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect item or believe your item was significantly misrepresented, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at Contact@secondwingstudio.com with clear photos.

We will review each case individually.

 

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Second Wing Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

Each piece at Second Wing Studio is carefully chosen and truly one-of-a-kind. Because of this, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges.
